Physical Characteristics
Shape & Skin: Oval-shaped tubers featuring creamy-light skin with medium-to-deep eyes.
Flesh: Creamy white flesh.
Plant: Grows slightly under a meter tall with light green leaves and distinct, profuse pink-purple flowers.
Farming & Agronomy
Maturity: Quick-maturing; it is ready for harvest in less than 90 days (under 3 months).
Dormancy: Extremely short seed dormancy period of about 3 to 4 weeks, allowing farmers to replant almost immediately.
