This pineapple is the only one that has a perfect shape. Perfectly cylindrical and orange when ripe. has a sweet taste and very high water content and is partly sour. Smooth Cayenne Pineapple varieties are called PK1 Pineapples, a product of the Kediri region in Indonesia. Our region is mostly PK1 pineapple farmers.

The sweet taste and high water content make this pineapple suitable as a serving on the food table or as a basic ingredient for other food mixtures.
