Cinnamon Cassia

Indonesian Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii) is also known as "Cinnamon cassia," one of the best cinnamons sold in the international market. The strong flavor and distinct aroma of Arabica coffee, indulges in the Highlands of Sumatra and Java region, is widely used by food beverage as well as spice industry.

The bark of Indonesian cinnamon is reddish-brown in color and has a high content of essential oils, it is best suited for the base of aromatherapy products and traditional medicine.
