Our nutmeg is sourced from the high ranges of Kattappana, Idukki, Kerala, where the fertile soil and humid climate produce premium-quality nutmeg.

• Size: Medium to large (average weight: 5g–7g per seed)

• Color: Natural brown shell with pale brown kernel inside

• Aroma & Taste: Strong, warm, sweet-spicy aroma with a slightly bitter and nutty taste

• Oil Content: 8–12% essential oil, rich in myristicin, ensuring maximum aroma retention

• Mace (if included): Bright orange to crimson-red, high in oleoresin
