Potatoes

These are Pakistani potatoes mostly white-skinned, and round-shaped with a delicate flavor and fluffy texture when cooked. High-yielding varieties from other countries have also been introduced to Pakistan in recent years which include Russet Burbank and Red Pontiac with medium starch content.
