Japanese Sweet Potatoes

Yellow-fleshed sweet potato variety is the most grown in the country because of its equally high consumer demand. Most definitely these are Japanese Sweet Potatoes. I do grow most of my Japanese Sweet Potatoes and i also do source from local farmers, of which I do full supervision during the growing process also harvesting time. Organic farming is my method of farming and this means chemical fertiliser or pesticides are not used at any given time. High in carbohydrates and dietary fiber, they provide a good source of energy also. They are also a great source of vitamins (especially vitamin A), minerals, potassium, iron, and copper.
