organically grown human grade cassava chips

Our cassava is organically grown. After harvesting from the garden, the cassava is peeled and thoroughly washed before it is fed into the chipping machine. It is then spread on clean tarpaulins for sun drying before it is parked in polythene bags for storage. The drying process takes a day in order to avoid the cassava from fermenting. It is good for human consumption and for making of cakes, bread, tablet base.
