Product Story: A women-led initiative in Palpa is processing ginger produced by 300 ginger farmers. Their families have been involved in ginger farming for generations. They have been following the traditional mixed cropping practice. Due to limited access to the market and associated services, it has been a challenge at the same time a bliss as their farming practice has been organic. Leveraging the situation, they have been able to certify their production. 

Production Capacity: 10-ton dried ginger at the end of April

The order should be placed before hand as these ginger are produced in a rural area and there should be enough planning to prepare the ginger as per the need beforehand.
