Zambian Red Kariba Breams

We source our breams direct from the fishermen on lake Kariba in Southern Part of Zambia.

We have a network of locals fishermen who supply us with fish on a daily basis fresh from Lake Kariba. The fish is a great sporting fish found in lake Kariba and its favorite amongst fishermen,locals and Tourists the visit Siavonga Tourist Town.

Our Breams are natural and feed on inorganic algae in the lake that grow naturally. The fish is classified under the Cichlid family and usually get along well with other species in the lake.

Kariba Bream is taste usually sold whole or processed into fillet. It has satisfying meaty texture and good choice whether you are cooking fillets or you trying a whole fish.

The fish is processed in 20kgs bags and kept frozen and stored before delivery to different destinations.
