Mung Beans

We Source our Mung Beans From Handpicked Farms in Southern and Northern parts of Tanzania. 

Mung beans are normally grown towards the end of the year in the Southern and Northern parts of Tanzania following the commencing of the short rainy season in November and December.

Mung beans contain about 60% carbohydrate and are rich in protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals. Traditional mung bean products include mung bean cake, mung bean noodles, mung bean wine, mung bean paste, and mung bean flour.
