Ceylon Cloves are richer in oil than the other varieties in the market from around the world. On the palate, it's strong and sweet with a bit of bitterness making it one of the most intense spices around. Naturally packed with antioxidants and a small pinch could exceed your daily recommendation.

Ingredients: Ceylon Clove buds (Whole)

Suggested use: Goes well with any curry. Also, great when roasting meat. I add a couple in my chai latte.
