Beef Sausage processed  from Ethiopian  grass fed Borena and Zebu breed beef.

Manufactured at our  international standard  meat processing factory near Addis Ababa,at Bishoftu. 

Beef sausage prossesing we follow international standard prossesing steps ,hand deboned beef meat ,chilled,emmulsified,stuffed and cooked in steam cooker.

Spices: we use different spicese  and herbs from Ethiopia .

Preservatives we use Sodium Nitrite, Emulsifier Sodium tripoliphosphat 

Casing celleious casing peeled after cooking by automated piller.

Sample laboratory check is done at this stage.

Packaging packed in an automated thermoforming vacuum package 250gms .Each package is labled.With al   information, the product ingredients manufactuer and expiry dates.
